It seems as though as soon as I put one piece of drama to rest, another on arises. Please excuse the initial Youtube comment I made and the amount of cursing it has, I must have been in a bad place at the time. Regardless, you get my point.
Anyway, after I wrote the initial reply to this guy’s comment, I left him a more personal note on his Youtube wall: “I’ve found that there are a lot of angry people in the world that think it’s ok to attack someone based on their appearance. Seriously, take a breather and think about what you’re doing. If you’d have said this to me when I was younger and less confident, I might have taken offence, but as it stands, I understand that you’re the one with problems. Try to work them out rather than projecting onto other people and their struggles. Think more, and take care. Khetsa~ x “
What I don’t understand though (and I probably never will) is why there seems to be an endless barrage of abuse due to my alopecia. I get it in the streets, I get it online, I’ve even had it off family members in the past. But then I’ve come to realise that it’s the abusers who have the problems and not myself. An epiphany that’s taken it’s sweet time revealing itself to me, but one that I’m truly grateful for. Let the angry continue with their destructive rage, and concentrate on your own productivity.

ugh this rlly pissed me off. good job for reacting in a calm manner, being the mature one.
