My book is no longer free on Amazon. Hope you grabbed it while you could (about 1380 of you did, and got me onto the Kindle bestseller list briefly), but if you didn’t, the regular price on Amazon is only $3.99 (about £2.67, if you’re British). I mean, that’s about what it would cost me to get a bus to the book store. It’s not that much.
Alternatively, if you have an Amazon Prime account, you can “borrow” it for free for at least the next few months.
And if you don’t like eBooks, you can always buy the paperback from Lulu.com for about $15.25 or £9.35.
